Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations are accepted only before dispatch.  
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.  
In case of damaged or defective items, please email shop.trueworth@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
